Every so often it is great to take a break from finding new releases and just look back at gems that I’ve overlooked. Today, since it is that very special Humpday Dumpday, we are going to take a look at 4 great tracks from a great producer, Mark Fanciulli. Mark, brother of Nic Fanciulli, has helped bring Saved Records to the forefront of the tech-house/techno/house scene.
This track, which was released on the legendary Defected Records, is a an absolute bomb. Featuring sexy vocals of Meggy, Everything really gets the whole dancefloor moving side to side, and the song just has a vibe that screams sexual!
Sacrifice was a hit when it came out, getting support from the likes of Carl Cox all the way to DJs like Carl Craig. The soft synths that lead to a great drop make this such a special song. Being played from festivals to clubs all around the world, Sacrifice is really a classic by all means.
Body 2 Body is a special track. I know I pretty much say every track I post is amazing, but Body 2 Body is definitely a track that encapsulates more than just a song that plays in some club. It is very reminiscent of the old school warehouse sound and is a sure bet to play at peak time of a DJ set.
Last but not least, is Marks’ song Cutoff. Released on the same EP as Body 2 Body was released on, I won’t even go into details, but this is a CHOON!
